Get in touch. We actually reply.

Pick the inbox that fits. It goes straight to the team that owns it — no ticket queue, no bot.

Typical first reply: under one business day

    What to include

Three things turn a first reply into a useful one instead of a request for more detail. None of them are required — send what you have.

    1. 01

      A link to the run

Every audit has its own URL. Pasting it tells us the project, the engines queried, and the prompt set — which is most of the diagnosis before we have read a word.

    2. 02

      What you expected to see

Answers move between runs because the models do. Telling us what looked wrong separates a genuine fault from a model that simply changed its mind since last week.

    3. 03

      Browser and screenshot

For anything visual. Myrah renders charts and reports client-side, so the browser and a screenshot usually pin down a display problem in one round rather than three.

    Privacy, legal, and vendor review

    Data requests

Access, correction, export, and deletion go to privacy@myrah.ai. We action a verified deletion request within 30 days. The detail — what we hold, how long, and on what basis — is in the Privacy Policy.

    Security and procurement

Security questionnaires, DPAs, and subprocessor reviews go to legal@myrah.ai. Our subprocessors are named in full in the Privacy Policy rather than on request, so a review can start before anyone emails us.

    Where your data sits

Myrah AI is based in Pennsylvania, USA, and account and audit data is hosted in the United States. Prompts sent to AI providers carry your brand and competitor names — never account or billing details.

    Reporting a vulnerability

Mail legal@myrah.ai with steps to reproduce and hold off on public disclosure until we have replied. We will not pursue good-faith research that stays within your own account.

Quicker than waiting on a reply — most questions are already answered in writing.
