What does Myrah actually do?
We measure how generative AI assistants — ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini — discuss, cite, and recommend your brand. Then we tell you exactly what to fix.
Is this an SEO tool?
No. SEO tools measure search engine results pages. We measure AI answer engines. The two are increasingly different surfaces.
How is this different from a regular AI chatbot test?
We run systematic prompt sets across multiple providers, parse responses for structured signal, and track results over time. A one-off chatbot test is anecdotal; this is measurement.
Getting started
How long does an audit take?
Most audits complete in 1–3 minutes. Larger prompt sets across more providers can take longer.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Myrah runs entirely in your browser. No SDK, no script tag, no engineering work.
What do I need to start?
Your domain, a rough sense of your category, and a list of competitors (we'll suggest some). That's it.

Do you offer a free trial?
Not yet. A free trial is coming later, but Myrah is currently paid-only.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Two clicks in settings. No phone calls, no retention email chains.
Do you offer annual pricing?
Yes — contact sales for an annual discount on Pro and Agency.
Features & usage
How many AI providers do you query?
We query OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google's frontier models. We add providers as they become production-stable.
Can I customize the prompts?
Yes. Every prompt is editable. We generate a strong starting set, but the prompt set is yours to refine.
What is monitoring?
Re-running the same prompt set on a schedule (weekly or daily) and diffing the results so you catch every meaningful change.
Technical & results
Why do AI answers vary between runs?
Large language models are stochastic by design. Single runs are noisy; that's why we run broad prompt sets and monitor over time — the noise averages out.
How is the visibility score calculated?
A weighted composite of mention rate, ranking position, citation prominence, and provider coverage. The full formula is in our methodology page.
Can I export my results?
Yes — exports are enabled on Starter and above.

Data & privacy
Do you store my AI responses?
Yes — we store them in your account so you can review the raw evidence behind every score and track changes over time.
Do you share my data with third parties?
We never sell it or share it for anyone's marketing. We do use service providers to run Myrah — our host, payment processor, AI providers, and error monitoring — and every one of them is named in our Privacy Policy. Prompts sent to AI providers contain your brand and competitor names, never your account or billing details.
Can I delete my data?
Yes. There's no self-service delete button yet, so email privacy@myrah.ai from your account address and we'll remove your account, projects, prompt sets, saved answers, and reports within 30 days. Note that cancelling on its own stops billing but doesn't delete anything — tell us if you want both.
