Terms of Service
Last updated: August 12, 2026
These terms govern your use of Myrah. They cover what we provide, what we charge, what we are responsible for, and what we are not. The sections most worth reading are plan allowances, AI output and accuracy, and limitation of liability.

01.Agreement to these terms
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Myrah AI ("Myrah", "we", "us"), covering your use of the Myrah website and application. By creating an account or using the service, you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not use Myrah.
If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind that company, and "you" means that company.
02.Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old and legally able to enter a contract. Myrah is a business tool intended for commercial use, not for personal or household purposes.
03.What Myrah does
Myrah measures how generative AI assistants describe, cite, and recommend brands. We send prompt sets to supported AI models, save the answers we receive, extract signals from them — mentions, citations, rank, share of voice, sentiment — and turn observed gaps into recommended actions.
What Myrah is not. We do not control, influence, or have any relationship with the AI providers we query beyond being a customer of their APIs. We cannot make a model mention you. We are a measurement and recommendation tool, not a guarantee of placement in any AI answer.
04.Your account
Give accurate information when you register and keep it current. You are responsible for your credentials and for everything done under your account. Tell us at support@myrah.ai promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission. Do not share one account across people who should have their own.
05.Subscriptions and billing
Myrah is a paid product. Plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly unless agreed otherwise, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that apply to you.
We may change prices. If we do, we will give at least 30 days' notice by email before the change applies to your renewal, and you may cancel before it takes effect.
If a payment fails we may retry it and may suspend access until it clears. Charges are non-refundable except as set out in our Refund Policy or as required by law.
06.Plan allowances and fair use
Each plan includes a monthly allowance of audits, brands, and generated fixes, described on the Pricing page. Allowances reset each billing period and do not roll over.
There are no overage charges. When you reach an allowance, that capability pauses until the period resets or you move to a larger plan — you will never receive a surprise bill for going over.
Every audit costs us real money in AI provider fees, so we ask you to use the service as intended. We may apply rate limits, and may contact you before acting if usage is extreme enough to threaten the service for others.
07.Previews and trials
We may offer a limited preview of a brand's AI visibility before you subscribe, subject to usage caps described where the preview is offered. Previews and trials are provided as-is, may be modified or withdrawn at any time, and confer no ongoing entitlement.
08.Cancellation
You can cancel at any time from your billing settings or through the Stripe customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for — you keep access until then. Cancelling does not delete your data; see the Privacy Policy if you want it removed.
09.Acceptable use
You agree to:
- Use Myrah lawfully and only for your own internal business purposes
- Track brands you have a legitimate commercial interest in measuring
- Keep your account credentials to yourself
- Respect the allowances on your plan
You agree not to:
- Resell, sublicense, or provide Myrah to third parties as your own service, except on a plan that expressly permits client work
- Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or authentication, including through multiple accounts
- Scrape, reverse-engineer, or copy the service, or use it to build a competing product
- Submit prompts designed to make a model produce unlawful, defamatory, or harmful content
- Use Myrah to harass a competitor or to generate misleading claims about another business
- Upload personal data you have no lawful basis to process
- Interfere with the service's operation or security
10.Brands, competitors, and client work
Myrah measures brands other than your own — that is the point of competitive analysis. You are responsible for ensuring you have a legitimate commercial interest in the brands you track, and that your use complies with applicable law.
Measuring a competitor's public visibility is ordinary competitive research. Using Myrah to build a campaign of false statements about another business is not, and we will act on credible reports that the service is being used that way.
If you are an agency using Myrah for clients, you are responsible for your agreement with each client, for having their permission, and for what you do with the reports.
11.AI output and accuracy
Two different kinds of AI output appear in Myrah, and different cautions apply to each.
Captured answers. We record what AI models said in response to your prompts. Those answers are generated by third-party models and may be inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unflattering about you or anyone else. We reproduce them as evidence. We do not endorse them and we are not responsible for their content.
Generated recommendations and drafts. Recommended actions and content drafts are produced with AI assistance. Treat them as a starting point, not as professional advice. Review them before you publish anything. You are responsible for what you publish under your own name.
AI models are non-deterministic. The same prompt can produce different answers on different runs. This is a property of the models, not a fault in Myrah, and it is why we measure patterns across many runs rather than treating any single answer as definitive.
12.No guarantee of results
We provide measurement and recommendations. We do not guarantee any change in your AI visibility, mentions, citations, search ranking, traffic, leads, or revenue. Nobody controls what an AI model says about a brand, and any service claiming otherwise is overstating what is possible. Acting on our recommendations may change nothing, and scores may move for reasons entirely outside your control or ours.
13.Intellectual property
Myrah — the software, interface, methodology, documentation, and trademarks — belongs to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use it for your internal business purposes while your subscription is active.
Reports and exports you generate are yours to use in your business, including sharing them with your clients. You may not remove our attribution from Myrah-branded reports, or present our methodology as your own proprietary system.
14.Your data
You keep ownership of the data you provide and of the results generated for you. You grant us a licence to host, process, and analyse it strictly to operate the service for you.
We may use aggregated, de-identified information — statistics that cannot identify you, your company, or your customers — to improve the service and understand how it is used. We do not sell your data or share it for anyone else's marketing. What we collect and who processes it is set out in the Privacy Policy.
15.Third-party providers
Myrah depends on third parties: AI model providers, a web retrieval service, our host, our email provider, and our payment processor. They are named in the Privacy Policy. Their outages, pricing changes, policy changes, or withdrawal of a model may affect the service. We may add, replace, or remove providers, and we will update the subprocessor list when we do.
16.Publicity and case studies
If you are currently, or have previously been, a paid subscriber of Myrah, you grant Myrah AI a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use your company or brand name and logo on our website, landing pages, and marketing materials, and to reference results generated through your use of the platform — such as visibility scores, share of voice, mentions, and citation performance — in case studies, success stories, and testimonials.
This applies only to paid subscribers. We do not feature accounts that have only ever used a free preview. We will present any metrics accurately, and we will not disclose confidential business information beyond the performance data generated through your use of the platform. We will not publish the contents of your prompt sets, the raw AI answers saved to your account, or your competitor list.
If you prefer not to be featured, you may opt out at any time by emailing support@myrah.ai, and we will remove your brand from future marketing materials within a reasonable period.
17.Availability and changes to the service
We aim for high availability but do not promise uninterrupted service, and we do not offer a contractual uptime guarantee on self-serve plans. Maintenance, provider outages, and events outside our control may cause downtime. We may add, change, or remove features; where a change materially reduces the core functionality of a paid plan, we will give notice by email in advance.
18.Suspension and termination
You may stop using Myrah at any time by cancelling. We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, does not pay, or puts the service or other customers at risk. We will give notice and an opportunity to fix the problem where it is reasonable to do so; for serious or unlawful misuse we may act immediately.
If we terminate your account without cause, we will refund the unused portion of your current period. If we terminate it for breach, we will not.
19.Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Myrah is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty as to the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, in which case they do not apply to you.
20.Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, even if advised such damages were possible.
Our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
21.Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Myrah AI against claims, damages, and reasonable legal costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, your unlawful use of the service, or your processing of data you had no right to provide to us.
22.Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You and Myrah AI agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Pennsylvania.
Before filing anything, please email legal@myrah.ai and give us 30 days to resolve it. Most disputes are billing misunderstandings and are quicker to fix directly.
23.General
If a provision is found unenforceable, the rest remains in force. Our not enforcing a provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms without our consent; we may assign them in connection with a merger or sale of the business. These terms, together with the Privacy and Refund policies, are the entire agreement between us.
24.Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The effective date at the top always reflects the current version. For material changes we will email account holders at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Myrah after that date means you accept the new terms; if you do not, cancel before they apply.
